Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $25.96
  • $32.45 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $25.96

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update member's credit/debit card accounts and related functions. Perform dispute processing, including submissions via Visa Online, provisional credit and letters Research and correct various member and/or clerical discrepancies.
Requirements:
6+ months experience in a bookkeeping or accounting functional area or the appropriate combination of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in card processing. 2+ years' experience with credit/debit card procedures, products, and services preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates degree preferred, including completion of business; office skills; bookkeeping/accounting or related courses.
In addition:
Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our Hours:
A hybrid schedule rotating monthly between 8 AM
  • 5 PM and 9 AM
  • 6 PM, with rotating Saturdays 9 AM
  • 1 PM.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
Contract Duration:
