What You'll Own You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with, and you'll play an important role in creating a five-star experience from the first phone call through job completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming customer calls with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Building rapport with homeowners and helping them understand how we can solve their home repair and improvement needs Converting customer inquiries into scheduled appointments Managing and optimizing technician schedules to keep the day productive and efficient Asking the right questions to gather accurate job information Communicating expectations clearly with customers Following up on leads, estimates, appointments, and completed jobs Maintaining accurate customer information and job notes in our CRM Communicating closely with our technicians and office team throughout the day Identifying scheduling challenges or customer concerns before they become bigger problems Looking for solutions and stepping in wherever needed to help the team succeed This is a fast-moving role with a lot of communication, problem-solving, and moving pieces.
