Position Summary:
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules for our team of electricians, communicating with customers, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time. This role is essential to maintaining operational flow, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Dispatcher reports directly to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch service technicians to residential and commercial jobs based on location, skill set, and job priority Communicate directly with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates Track and manage technician schedules, adjusting in real time as needed Use ServiceTitan software, which is utilized company-wide, to manage work orders and technician activity Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain excellent service delivery Handle high call volumes and fast-paced workflow with professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications:
3+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in the electrical, HVAC, or construction industry Strong communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills Experience with dispatching software is required; familiarity with ServiceTitan is recommended Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
