$25.00 per hour + KPI-based performance bonus About the Position We are looking for an experienced and dependableTruck Dispatcher to join our trucking operation in Brookville, Ohio . The dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing daily loads, communicating with brokers, and keeping our trucks moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, knowledgeable about the trucking industry, and motivated by performance-based compensation. Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate company drivers on a daily basis Find and book profitable loads through brokers and load boards Plan efficient routes and pickup/delivery schedules Monitor trucks and driver progress Work closely with management to improve fleet performance and profitability Qualifications Previous trucking dispatch experience preferred Strong understanding of the U.S. trucking industry Experience with brokers and load boards Strong negotiation and communication skills What We Offer $25.00/hour starting wage Performance-based KPI bonus tied to gross revenue Opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through performance Full-time, stable position On-site position in Brookville, Ohio Opportunity for advancement Professional and fast-paced trucking environment Who We Are Looking For We want a dispatcher who is results-oriented and understands that successful dispatching is about more than simply booking loads .
