Dispatcher - Austin, TX MC Surfaces is looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate daily deliveries, installations, and service schedules. This position works closely with customers, drivers, installers, warehouse staff, and our sales team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate deliveries and installations Dispatch drivers and installation crews Communicate with customers regarding schedules and appointments Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams Monitor schedules and resolve delays or scheduling issues Maintain accurate dispatch and job records

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous dispatch, logistics, construction, or scheduling experience preferred
