Overview Superior Central Station , is a UL-Listed, 5-Diamond certified monitoring facility in McAllen, TX, and is seeking reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatchers / Operators to join our 24/7 team. Our central station handles alarm monitoring for intrusion, fire, access control, Video monitoring and Personal Medical Alarms. We are a 24/7 and 365 Days a year Alarm Monitoring Central Station. What You'll Do Monitor residential and commercial alarm systems around-the-clock. Answer Personal Medical Alarms. Monitor Live Video and Event Video Verification along with Alarms. Respond promptly and professionally to alarm events Use central station software to track, log, and dispatch events Operate multi-line phone systems to communicate with customers, first responders, and Dealers. Enter accurate data and maintain detailed records. Provide excellent customer service, even under pressure. Basic Alarm Troubleshooting Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) — must be Fluent in both languages. Must be willing and able to work any rotating shift: (7am -3pm , 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am) Ability to pass a full Criminal background check. Must pass a drug test. Experience is welcome but not required — we will train the right candidates. Paid Training! Start getting paid from the first day you begin working. Paid weekly on Fridays. Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and remain calm in fast-paced or stressful situations.
