Facilities Coordinator Staffmark Group $19.75-$19.75 paid holidays, 401(k) United States, California, Chico Apr 27, 2026 Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to support Corporate Real Estate and Facilities operations. This role serves as the primary on-site contact for office operations, visitors, vendors, and facility services, working a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (30 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch). This position combines front-desk reception duties with administrative and facilities coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced office environment, demonstrates professionalism, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, candidates, and deliveries
Greet and direct visitors while ensuring building access policies are followed
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional reception and lobby area
Respond to or route internal and external inquiries appropriately
Perform routine administrative tasks following established procedures
Support managers and cross-functional teams with facilities-related needs
Order supplies and services; manage inventory, tracking, and reordering
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including working with carriers and postal services
Communicate with external vendors to schedule equipment service and repairs
Coordinate general maintenance and repair activities across multiple disciplines
Oversee on-site vendors and assist with occasional catering coordination
Manage breakroom and conference room amenities
