Facility Supervisor - Hylander Center - Columbia Heights

The PT Facility Supervisor works with adults and youth, monitoring the gym, exercise areas, and lobby of the Hylander Center. Maintains order, resolves conflicts and problems of the patrons, and ensures that services are provided in a professional and safe manner. Records attendance and collects admission fees. Ensures all policies and procedures of the facility are enforced. Manages opening and closing. Sets basketball hoops, volleyball nets, and gym curtain according to program each day/night. Assists coaches with equipment retrieval from storage closets.

Required:

High school graduate or equivalent. Candidate must pass background check and satisfactorily complete concussion training

Hours:

10-14 hours per week. Shifts vary depending on program offerings each season. Shifts may fall on the days and times listed as programs dictate: Monday - Thursday 5pm-8:45pm; Saturdays 9am-2pm.
