$19 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM We're seeking a hands-on Facilities Specialist to support daily operations within a manufacturing facility. This role focuses on general building maintenance, workspace setup, and facility support tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable performing a variety of maintenance and light trade duties.
Job Duties:
Build, modify, and install workstations, benches, shelving, and other production support equipment.

Break down, reconfigure, and set up offices and work areas as business needs change.

Perform general facility maintenance including painting, patching, and minor carpentry.

Assist with basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs.

Support preventative maintenance activities throughout the facility.

Respond to facility-related work orders and maintenance requests.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime during facility work.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, manufacturing, or a related role preferred.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
