What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment. Loading, unloading, and moving pallets, bins, and products throughout the warehouse. Climbing on and off forklifts repeatedly during the workday. Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. regularly. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and reaching throughout an 8-hour shift. Maintaining awareness of your surroundings and following all warehouse safety procedures. Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Adapting to varying warehouse temperatures and conditions. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:
Experience:
At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods.
Safety Awareness:
A strong commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Team Player:
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Attention to
