• All shifts XLC Services is currently hiring experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for our site in Browns Summit, NC.

We currently have openings for 25 Full-time positions working 40 hours per week, on a mandatory schedule that includes working every other weekend. Pay is weekly. Benefits after 60 days include Medical, Vacation, and Holiday pay and Tuition Assistance. High Reach Forklift Operators must be able to work every other weekend 1st shift: 7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM 8hr shift $16.49 2nd shift: 3:00 PM
• 11:30 PM 8hr shift $16.49 3rd shift: 11:00 PM
• 7:30 AM 8hr shift $17.

Position Requirements:

Must have 2 years of high reach forklift experience. High Reach forklift experience with material handling a must

• The high reach forklift is the primary source of material movement.

Sit down, walkies and pallet jacks are secondary. Able to work in a fast-paced environment in all areas performing a wide variety of warehouse related duties. Problem solves material and delivery issues. Manage finished goods process through tagging, upholding accurate inventory levels. Picking and staging for shipping, consolidating inventory using FIFO method and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Cross training in all areas required. Able to read and interpret documents such as work Instructions, standard operating procedures, safety rules and proper use of powered equipment, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write clearly and keep detailed accurate records. Able to use and understand RF scanners, basic computer, and data entry and basic math skills needed.
