Direct Hire Schedule:

1st Shift, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM; transitions to 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM starting November 2nd Logic Staffing is seeking a Forklift Operator to join a growing and dynamic distribution team! Operate a propane forklift to pull, stage, and move inventory across designated warehouse zones Accurately complete required paperwork (T-sheet and pick sheets) for each load Assist with building and loading product displays and pallets as needed Follow all safety protocols, including proper horn use and safe operation around pedestrians and equipment Learn and navigate multiple warehouse storage zones as facility familiarity builds Maintain reliable, consistent, on-time attendance Train on stand-up forklifts as propane units are phased out Shift flexibly between driving duties and hands-on pallet/display work as business needs change

Position Requirements:

Hard skills: Ability to pass a pre-forklift written exam and an in-person forklift observation/driving assessment; correctly complete required paperwork; willingness to train on stand-up forklifts; reach truck (RC) experience a plus Soft skills: Strong safety awareness; reliable with consistent attendance; flexible and adaptable to shifting tasks; works well with a trainer/mentor during onboarding
