Schedule:
Sunday 6a-2:30p, Mon-Thurs 9a-5:30p No Hustle. No Product Out the Door. You're not just driving forklifts — you're driving success. In this role, you will safely operate material handling equipment to receive, select, load, and palletize food and paper products accurately and efficiently with the use of RF and Voice technology. Job Duties Load and unload trucks using an electric forklift or pallet jack. Select and load outbound product in a timely manner. Properly rotate and replenish as needed. Follow all LCSC Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Safety Requirements. Other warehouse duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Position may require continuous standing, lifting, bending, and moving of heavy materials weighing up to 60 pounds. Regularly required to work various hours in cooler and freezer with temperatures ranging from 35 degrees to minus 10 degrees. Experience Requirements Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation. Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred. Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator. One year experience operating an electric pallet jack. Working knowledge of RF indoor voice technology. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles. High School diploma or equivalent.
