Forklift Operator Candidate Source is hiring Forklift Operators for a large distributor in Chester, VA. In this role, you'll operate both sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts to move product, replenish inventory, and pick orders in a busy distribution environment. This position offers 40+ hours per week and growth potential. Schedule & Pay $18.00 per hour Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM 40+ hours per week What You'll Do Operate a sit-down forklift to unload containers and shipping trailers. Operate a stand-up reach forklift to replenish inventory and pick orders. Use RF scanners to identify and select items when picking orders. Use computer systems to locate pallets within the warehouse. Assist with manual loading and unloading as needed. Move products safely and efficiently throughout the distribution facility. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of forklift experience. Comfortable operating forklifts in a distribution or warehouse environment. Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts. At least 1 year of RF scanner experience. Good computer skills. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation to and from the Chester, VA area. Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Work Environment This is a hands-on distribution warehouse position that combines forklift operation with manual loading and unloading as needed. You'll operate multiple types of forklifts, use RF scanners and computer systems to locate inventory, and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the warehouse. #IND18
