Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker) Candidate Source is hiring Forklift Operators with Cherry Picker experience for a warehouse position in Chester, VA. This role combines forklift operation with picking, packing, stocking, and shipping customer orders. We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable working at heights. Schedule & Pay $18.00 per hour 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Evening shift What You'll Do Operate a Cherry Picker forklift to retrieve and stock products in the warehouse. Pick and pack products to fill customer orders accurately. Verify products against picking and packing slips. Prepare packages for shipment and apply shipping and tracking labels. Weigh packages and verify the correct shipping method. Prepare sample and special orders for shipment. Stock products and keep warehouse racks organized. Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Perform additional warehouse and shipping tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Previous forklift experience is required. Comfortable operating a Cherry Picker and working at heights. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work within deadlines and time-sensitive shipping requirements. Comfortable using computers and basic software programs. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others. Dependable with a strong work ethic and interest in a long-term opportunity. The Work Environment This is an active warehouse and shipping position that combines Cherry Picker operation with picking, packing, stocking, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll spend time standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and working at heights while helping keep products organized and orders moving accurately and on time. #IND17
