Warehouse Associate & Forklift Operators Location:
Tacoma, WA 98001. (Near a bus line!) Hire type:
Full-Time Shift:
1st Shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift
Pay Ranges:
$18 : General Labor $19 : Pickers/packers with an RFID Scanner $19-21 : Forklift Operator We are thrilled to announce a new Warehouse Associate opportunity! PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given the chance to assist a top employer. This is a straightforward, hands-on role where you will help manage inventory, prep orders for shipping, and keep the facility organized. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Unloading:
Unload incoming shipments, verify manifest accuracy, and inspect goods for any damage.
Picking & Packing:
Use RF scanners or pick-lists to pull items from shelves and pack them securely for shipment.
Inventory Management:
Assist in cycle counts and stock replenishment to ensure our system matches the physical shelf.
Shipping & Loading:
Wrap pallets, label boxes accurately, and load outbound trucks efficiently.
Facility Upkeep:
Keep aisles clear of debris (shrink wrap, pallets, cardboard) to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred (but we are willing to train the right person).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk/stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a major plus.
Safety Mindset:
Knowledge of pallet jack operation; Forklift Certification is a significant advantage (and may lead to higher pay).

Shipping/Receiving Material Handler Experience Loading and Unloading Vehicles Forklift Licensed Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00
