What if your next fundraising win could change a life? NEADS Service Dogs is looking for a Director of Development to lead the next chapter of our fundraising growth. This is more than a development position. It's an opportunity to build relationships, grow revenue, lead a team, and directly expand the number of people whose lives can be transformed by a Service Dog. Located in Princeton, MA, NEADS is a nationally recognized nonprofit that trains and provides Service Dogs for people with disabilities, veterans with PTSD, children with autism, and professionals in hospitals, courthouses, and educational settings. What you'll lead:
  • A four-person development team
  • Individual, major gift, foundation & corporate fundraising
  • A growing donor pipeline and major gift strategy
  • Corporate partnerships and sponsorships
  • 1-2 annual fundraising events
  • Salesforce, development analytics & pipeline management
  • Board and CEO engagement in fundraising
  • Expansion of NEADS' philanthropic relationships throughout Boston, Worcester & New England We're looking for someone who: ✔ Has 5+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience ✔ Has a proven record of closing major gifts and achieving fundraising goals ✔ Knows the Massachusetts/New England philanthropic landscape ✔ Is an exceptional relationship builder and storyteller ✔ Leads with emotional intelligence and develops high-performing teams ✔ Uses data and Salesforce to drive fundraising decisions ✔ Is entrepreneurial, strategic, and willing to try something new ✔ Is genuinely passionate about the mission of NEADS and the human-canine bond Starting salary: $125,000 Medical | Dental | Vision | Life Insurance | Employer-Matched 403(b) | Paid Vacation & Holidays | EAP Princeton, MA | On-Site | Full-Time Ready to put your fundraising leadership behind a mission that changes lives?
