Full Job Description Overview:
Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not need to be Catholic to apply, but alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key donors. The Donor Relations Manager cultivates relationships with major donors, expands the donor base, and secures significant financial gifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate major donor relationships Network to increase the number of donors Meet or exceed major gift financial goals Expand donor base and secure major gifts
Qualifications:
Proven experience in major gift fundraising and donor relations with a track record of successful fundraising results 1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience Strong ability to form and maintain relationships Familiarity with CRM platforms Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organization skills High sense of accountability and self-awareness

$65,000
•$70,000 annually
Work Location:
Warminster, PA (In-Person) with local travel
Hours:
Monday
•Friday, 8:55 am
•5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)
