Responsible for administrative assistance, courteous interaction with customers and knowledgeable in community resources. Greet customers and working with individuals in the resource room, answering general questions, and ensuring computers are functioning properly. Must be proficient in Microsoft, Excel and basic computer skills. Conducts orientation sessions regarding program services and assist in collection and compiling program data. Must have a positive attitude, professional presentation and enjoy working with the public. Associates Degree is preferred. High School Diploma and experience in related field.
