This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll oversee production, warehouse, and coolers teams while stepping in to run the division when the Manager is out. Great opportunity for someone ready to grow into a bigger leadership role with a well-known local Hawaii brand.

$50,000

Location:
Aiea, HI Schedule:
Full-time, 6:00 AM
- 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday (occasional OT/weekends) What You'll Do Oversee Production, Cooler, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams Help develop SOPs, performance standards, and recordkeeping systems Manage inventory control, warehouse layout, and staffing needs Support onboarding, training, and hiring for the division Operate and maintain bottling equipment; run quality/microbiological testing Step in to run daily division operations in the Manager's absence Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards are met across the team What You Need Hawaii Driver's License Forklift Certification High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of warehouse experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Solid math, reading, writing, and problem-solving skills Why Menehune Water ✅ 401(k) with company match ✅ Medical, dental (partial), vision & drug insurance ✅ Paid sick and vacation leave ✅ Employee discounts on Menehune products ✅ Real leadership growth path within the company Menehune Water Company is an equal opportunity employer.
