- 130,000+ per year Monday-Friday

Financial performance:
Own the P&L across both locations and turn sales, profitability, ARO, ELR, gross profit, and cash-flow data into informed action.Operational consistency:
Strengthen workflows, SOPs, communication, and DVI quality so customers and employees have a consistent experience at either location.Customer experience:
Protect the reputation Lighthouse has built, improve retention, and step in thoughtfully when a customer concern requires senior leadership.Culture:

Build the people, structure, and systems that will allow Lighthouse to expand without losing what makes the company special. You will lead through managers rather than trying to personally solve every problem. Success means creating a business where expectations are clear, managers are equipped to lead, and the owners receive clarity without needing to be involved in every daily decision. What We're Looking For At least three years of experience leading an automotive, service, or retail operation with full P&L responsibility Experience leading through other managers, multiple departments, or multiple locations Strong financial understanding and the ability to use numbers to improve performance A coaching approach to leadership that combines support with clear accountability The confidence to make decisions, address concerns directly, and follow through Integrity, coachability, accountability, and genuine care for people Automotive service experience, particularly within an independent repair business, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with NAPA TRACS, AutoVitals, or similar shop management and DVI systems is also helpful.
