Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Handle employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance evaluations. Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to build a strong, capable team aligned with company standards. Oversee cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support marketing efforts, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems, purchasing procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices. Experience with retail math calculations including pricing strategies and sales analysis. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently with strong organizational skills.
