Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager Trainee / assistant to join our team. The Project Manager Trainee / assistant will be responsible for helping overseeing and managing all aspects of the installation process for our clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate with Project manager all aspects of the installation process, including scheduling, materials procurement, and labor management Communicate effectively with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met Help develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules Help monitor progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs Provide regular project status reports to management Help unload trucks( able to lift 40+ lbs )

Qualifications:

Experience in project management, preferably in the Residential construction industry is a plus Experience managing window and door installation projects is a plus Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of project management tools and methodologies Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other softwares Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Salary range between $17.00- 25.00 an hour plus discretionary annual bonus based on years or applicable professional experience.
