Inventory Control (Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese)

We are hiring two experienced Warehouse Inventory Control to join our warehouse team on a temporary-to-hire basis. One opening is located at our Newark location, and the other is located at our Hayward location. Initially, you will be placed through a staffing agency, with the potential to transition to a permanent position based on performance reviews and company needs. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards in our warehouse/shipping processes.

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM (includes a 40-minute unpaid lunch break) Overtime and Saturday work may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities :

Possess an in-depth understanding of receiving, put-away, and warehouse processing procedures. Capable of identifying and resolving issues related to receiving, put-away, and inventory, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Safely and effectively operate forklifts for daily tasks, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols. Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing tasks and making decisions with minimal supervision. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to coordinate warehouse activities.

Qualifications :

Must be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to facilitate effective communication within a diverse team.
