Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist to support daily workforce operations. This role is responsible for precise counts and documentation of receiving goods, transfers, shipping and deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, inventory reporting, re-stocking, filling supply request for departments and posting receipt transactions in SAP (ERP system).
JOB DUTIES
Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP system, confirm, offload, and log all inbound shipments & note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival. Confirm/pull and deliver inventory requests / counts and note requests daily in ERP system from internal departments and other company location. Accuracy and consistency are a must. Inform departments that their order has arrived, back-ordered (or shipped) and /or place materials in designated inventory in a well-organized manner. Notify Purchasing when stock levels of items run low, not out.Work Schedule:

7:30am- 4:00pm OT as needed SKILLS and
QUALIFICATIONS
Prompt and Reliable Bilingual Preferred Excellent and Consistent Communication skills Documentation Skills, Experience with data entry in ERP system. Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Experience Forklift Experience Excellent Organizational Skills Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. OTHER SKILLS andABILITIES
- Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment
- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
- Willingness to work weekends if required.
- Must be able to pass background check.
MENTAL/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in conditions typically found in warehouses and greenhouse with high humidity and varying temperatures, with a fair amount of moisture present.
- Ability to exert up to 15
- 100+ pounds routinely and/or occasionally in order to lift and move products.
- Ability to balance, reach grasp while climbing on a step stool and/or ladder.
- Ability to crouch, grasp and lift product above shoulders in order to lift product from the floor properly
- Ability to be on feet continuously while performing job responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years full time experience in warehouse shipping & receiving. Safe operation of manual & electric pallet jack. Safe operation of forklift and certification a plus.
- California Driver license with clean driver record.
