Train on SOPs for receiving, cycle counting, package adjustments, package in METRC, expiration date entry, manual discount reason codes, and shrink/waste handling.
Visit, train and audit every store in the Colorado network once per quarter. Inventory Reporting (10%) Compile and distribute before and after reporting verifying inventory accuracy and clean up.
Verify shrink, aging, discount and adjustments have been made in a timely manner. Quality Assurance, Compliance & Operational Support (10%) Maintain comprehensive knowledge of METRC requirements, inventory tracking procedures, and applicable cannabis regulationsEnsure all inventory and fulfillment activities comply with state regulations, company policies, and estDevelop and maintain proficiency in all fulfillment, packaging, inventory, and compliance proceduresIdentify and escalate inventory, compliance, or quality concerns promptlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment utilizing 5S and continuous improvement principlesParticipate in inventory audits, compliance inspections, and process improvement initiativesContribute to a culture of accountability, safety, accuracy, and operational excellencePlease note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities. What you've accomplished:
High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 21 years of age.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience with ERP and METRC systems. Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel ) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Hours will vary based on needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays to be expected).Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado. The primary focus is on conducting precise inventory audits, processing orders, and coordinating with various teams to uphold the highest standards in product quality and regulatory compliance. What impact you'll make: Train, Audit and Assist with Inventory Accuracy (80%) Ensure consistent reconciliation between COVA, METRC and physical inventory across Colorado retail locations.Train on SOPs for receiving, cycle counting, package adjustments, package in METRC, expiration date entry, manual discount reason codes, and shrink/waste handling.
