Inventory Receiving Specialist Job Description :
We are seeking a qualified Inventory Receiving Specialist to add to our team of dedicated, trusted, experienced & professional personnel. The Inventory Receiving Specialist will be an integral part of the Inventory team.
Essential Job Functions :
Properly accounting for incoming goods for accurate inventory receiving Assuring no damaged items are sent or received Updating stock levels appropriately when evaluating fluctuations Packaging products for daily outbound needs and vendor repairs Working within an Inventory Management System to update stock tracking Receiving freight from delivery trucks using a forklift and pallet jack Complete cycle counts of Inventory shelves to confirm accuracy and address discrepancies Check stock levels of pick locations daily to ensure internal departments are set up for success Assist with warehouse transfers of items to keep the main office stocked
Skills & Knowledge :
High school diploma or GED certificate Warehouse experience Forklift operator's license Organizational skills Physical stamina and strength

Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
Forklift:
1 year (Preferred)
Inventory Control:
1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification :
DOT Certification Compensation :
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
