Job Description

Role - Adobe Experience Manager Location - Whippany NJ (onsite). JD Pls share 6+ years experienced and skilled in AEM Content Management in overseeing the creation, publishing, and optimization of digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Professional in AEM Content Management will be responsible and skilled in uploading, editing, and publishing content on websites using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring materials are up-to-date, accurate, and visually consistent. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to gather content requirements, troubleshoot publishing issues, and optimize content for SEO and accessibility. Manage digital assets, follow brand guidelines, and assist with site structure or template updates as needed. Balancing multiple content requests while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities Content Authoring:
Build and update web pages, landing pages, and assets using AEM Sites, Templates, and Components.
Workflow Management:
Coordinate content reviews, approvals, translations, and scheduled publishing workflows.
Optimization:
Apply SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices for discoverability.
Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product, design, and IT teams to maintain brand standards and site architecture.
Governance:
Ensure adherence to compliance, legal, accessibility, and tagging taxonomy standards.
Core Qualifications AEM Expertise:
Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
Technical Familiarity:
Understanding of component-based web construction, basic HTML/CSS, and web accessibility guidelines.
Communication Skills:
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience:
Typically 6+ years in digital content management or web production, often within enterprise or agile environments.
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
