The Role The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing the operations product and packaging inventory. This is done through consistent communication with the fulfillment and sales teams, updating compliance software according to inventory movement, and by doing manual audits regularly. Being passionate about work accuracy, organization, and being good at communicating with others are key for success in this position. Inventory being accurate at all times is important to the health of the business. Responsibilities Control inventory movement in compliance software including but not limited to initial input of harvested product, fulfillment processing, and sales processing Conduct physical audit of all packaging items in the building on a regular basis Intake purchased product that comes into the facility Condense and/or combine lots as much as possible to maintain organization of inventory and the cure room Provide fulfillment team with product as needed including trim team, preroll team, and packaging team Reweigh lots that are processed through the fulfillment process and make sure that the weights are accurate again Update lotting sheets and tote stickers so they accurately reflect product per tote Keep the cure & dry rooms organized and clean Complete dry/cure daily checklist Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize work Positive attitude day in and day out Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others Ability to work well under pressure Work effectively with minimal supervision Be a reliable team player Marijuana product knowledge and passion is a plus, but not required Have a strong service and quality focus. Address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand root cause, then communicate / educate team in a timely manner Additional Requirements Must be 21 year of age or older to apply Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

Working Hours M-F:
