Location North Las Vegas, NV Schedule Full-time, on-site Pay Range $19.00-$22.50/hour Reports To Assembly Manager About the Opportunity Fan Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable, highly organized Parts & Inventory Technician to support our custom industrial fan manufacturing operation. Working directly under the Assembly Manager, you will receive and verify incoming materials, determine whether each item belongs to a specific job or stock inventory, update our ERP system, organize physical storage and job-staging areas, and coordinate with Purchasing when items are missing, damaged, late, or approaching reorder levels.

What You Will Do Receive and safely unload packages, pallets, crates, and industrial components using appropriate material-handling equipment. Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips, including supplier, part number, quantity, condition, and job or stock designation. Record receipts, stock movements, returns, and approved adjustments accurately in the ERP or inventory system. Label and organize incoming items in designated job-staging locations or permanent inventory bins so materials can be located quickly. Track partial receipts, shortages, damaged items, and late deliveries and communicate concerns to the Assembly Manager, Purchasing, and Quality Control. Maintain inventory levels, bin locations, FIFO practices where appropriate, cycle counts, and clean, orderly storage areas. Support purchasing activities by reviewing open orders, preparing purchase requests, checking availability or lead times, and assisting with vendor follow-up, returns, small parts shipments, material movement, or Assembly paperwork when assigned. What We Are Looking For Two or more years of experience in receiving, inventory control, a manufacturing parts room, an industrial warehouse, or a similar environment preferred. Some purchasing, procurement-support, or supplier-coordination experience is strongly preferred. Strong organization skills and attention to detail when working with part numbers, purchase orders, quantities, job numbers, and storage locations. Comfort using ERP or inventory software, email, spreadsheets, barcode scanners, and other basic technology. Forklift or pallet-jack experience preferred; certification is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work on your feet in an industrial manufacturing environment. A professional, respectful, and solution-focused approach to working with shop and office teams.
