We're looking for a knowledgeable, motivated individual who would like to work in the firearms and accessories market. Looking for someone that may have experience with firearms and or enjoys buying and merchandising inventory and understand online firearm sales.

• Position Overview This position is responsible for purchasing inventory, receiving shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and managing our online firearm and retail listings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands the shotgun market, has experience working with firearm distributors, and enjoys helping customers both online and in person.
• Primary Responsibilities Inventory Purchasing
• Purchase firearms, ammunition, accessories, apparel, and shooting products
• Maintain proper inventory levels while maximizing inventory turns
• Build relationships with manufacturers and distributors
• Analyze sales trends to make purchasing decisions
• Negotiate pricing and special buys when available Receiving & Inventory Management
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Process transfers and special orders
• Perform routine inventory counts
• Keep the warehouse and stockroom organized Online Sales & Marketing
• Create attractive online listings for firearms and accessories
• Photograph products for online sales
• Write detailed product descriptions
• Manage GunBroker, GunsInternational and other website listings
• Respond to online customer inquiries
• Coordinate shipping and FFL transfers Customer Experience
• Assist customers in selecting firearms and shooting accessories
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Help maintain an attractive showroom
• Qualifications We're looking for someone who has:
• Strong knowledge of shotguns and clay target sports
• Firearms retail experience preferred
• Experience with inventory purchasing and ordering
• Experience listing products online
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 40 pounds

• GunBroker, GunsInternational and Guns.com
• POS and inventory management systems
• Firearms receiving and transfers
• Purchasing from major distributors
