Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment of orders.
• Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners
• Helps to maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Restocks supplies and inventory.
• Receives and records all incoming deliveries.
• Records, reports, and returns defective items.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient with inventory control systems.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
