Full-time:

4-6 days per week

Part-time:

3 days per week Job Description We are hiring Driver Helpers to assist with package deliveries using company-provided vans. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required. Paid classroom training and on-route training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist the driver with loading and unloading packages Deliver packages to customer locations in a timely manner Use handheld devices for delivery confirmation Follow safety procedures at all times Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers Support the driver in completing daily delivery routes efficiently Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts Physically able to walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) - up to 80 hours per year Paid training Flexible schedule Work Environment On the road (delivery routes)
