Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Salesperson/Laborer to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting customers and filling orders for our retail lumber yard (specializing in cabinet grade lumber and slabs).

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in our retail store/shop Fill and prepare lumber orders Complete sanding, planning, and/or ripping of lumber to complete orders Stock lumber bins (which requires grading of lumber) Basic daily shop work/maintenance Build relationships with customers

Qualifications:

Knowledge about lumber (grading, basic wood working, etc) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field Experience operating planer, sander, forklift, and skid loader (will offer training and certification if not already forklift certified) Ability to build rapport with clients Desire to learn new skills

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday 7:00 am to 12:00pm
