Manufacturing Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules across multiple manufacturing cells. This role is responsible for balancing capacity, coordinating build plans, and ensuring production timelines align with customer shipping commitments. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and experienced in custom manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules for multiple manufacturing cells. Create and manage capacity plans to optimize production flow. Build production plans based on customer demand and project timelines. Coordinate custom manufacturing builds from planning through shipment. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments. Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure on-time project completion. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve scheduling efficiency. Ensure customer ship dates are consistently achieved. Qualifications 5+ years of Production Planning experience (required). Proven experience creating production schedules, capacity plans, and manufacturing build plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in custom or made-to-order manufacturing environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in industrial manufacturing is highly preferred.
