Master Scheduler & NetSuite Specialist Location:
Franklin, MA Pay:
$55.00 per hour
Shift:
Full-Time, Mon-Fri Type:
6-Month Contract (Potential for Temp-to-Perm) Are you a Master Scheduler who thrives in a "High Mix, Low Volume" environment Seeking a high-level Senior Production Planner to lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for a sophisticated manufacturing facility. This isn't just a "task-based" role; need a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between engineering, supply chain, and the shop floor to optimize factory throughput. If you are a NetSuite power user with a deep understanding of capacity planning and BOM management, this is the perfect project to showcase your expertise.
What You'll Do:
Drive the
Master Schedule:
Lead the development and maintenance of the MPS across multiple manufacturing cells to ensure 100% alignment with business goals.
Orchestrate Delivery:
Use advanced analysis of material lead times and capacity to confirm and hit delivery dates for complex work orders.
Manage Complexity:
Oversee raw material stock levels, manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy for high-spec assemblies.
Collaborate & Lead:
Interface daily with Engineering and Warehouse leads to troubleshoot shortages; mentor junior planners to raise the overall "planning IQ" of the department.
Optimize Systems:
Act as a champion for ERP accuracy and process improvements to drive scheduling responsiveness.
What We're Looking For:
7+
Years of Experience:
You've spent significant time "in the trenches" of production planning or supply chain operations.
ERP Expertise:
You are highly proficient in ERP environments—NetSuite experience is a HUGE plus.
High-Mix/Low-Volume Savvy:
You understand how to plan for complex, customized builds rather than just repetitive mass production.
Certified Pro:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications will put you at the top of the list.
Analytical Mindset:
