WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Uses data insights to improve sales forecast accuracy Leads the development of the demand forecast to be used in consensus planning process Demonstrates expertise in a variety of Supply Chain functions Makes necessary changes to the demand forecast within established parameters Collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Operations to assess the potential impact of market trends and demand drivers; recommends action based on expected impact to the business Collects and analyzes past and future demand trends and is the decision maker for changing the forecast accordingly Uses demand planning systems to create an effective statistical forecast Analyzes and communicates forecast details for assigned area, including risks, confidence and opportunities to stakeholders Provides reporting on forecast accuracy and drives continuous improvements Provides accurate and timely demand forecast for assigned area Collaborates with other functional teams to develop a consensus plan Metrics on forecast accuracy Recommendations on forecast changes, business process improvements and operational improvements Deliver Service ExcellenceWHAT WE VALUE
