We are looking for a full-time Branch Operations and Training Officer, who will lead the development and administration of branch procedures and process training to strengthen operational consistency, employee readiness, and service delivery across the branch network, while supporting adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. Specifically, this role is responsible for developing, documenting, optimizing, and training branch staff on operational processes, procedures, and systems. This role ensures consistency, compliance, efficiency, and service excellence across all branch locations. The officer acts as a key liaison between branch operations, compliance, IT, and leadership to support continuous improvement and regulatory adherence. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, preferably in branch operations or retail banking, including hands-on responsibility with teller operations, new accounts, account maintenance, branch controls, and compliance-related branch procedures. 2 or more years in training, process improvement, or operations support roles preferred. Demonstrated working knowledge of daily branch operations from both the teller side and the platform/new accounts side. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of branch compliance and operational requirements, products, and regulations, including BSA/AML, CIP, OFAC, Reg CC, and internal controls. Experience with procedure writing, process documentation, training, or workflow development. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including procedural writing. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while balancing service, efficiency, and control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training tools; familiarity with core banking systems. Travel Requirements The travel requirements described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this Job. Position may travel locally, usually by car, up to 50% of the time to all branch locations. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Pay Range:
