Pay Range:

$32/hr. - $37/hr. on W2 #

LP Job Summary:

This role focuses on optimizing renewal performance through strategic analysis and operational execution. You will drive accountability for retention and growth targets by collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams. A key aspect of this position involves identifying and resolving operational challenges to ensure a seamless renewal process for both sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze renewal metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and execute action plans with sales leadership. Manage forecasting and pipeline review processes. Optimize territory design and quota setting. Implement AI solutions for process improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

Deep understanding of renewal metrics and operational levers. Proficiency in D365/Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, and Excel. Demonstrated strength in cross-functional problem-solving.

Industry Experience:

Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business environment is highly preferred.
