At 360 Locksmith , we handle a variety of locksmith, door hardware, repair, and installation work. We're looking for motivated service technicians who enjoy practical work, take pride in doing things correctly, and know how to treat customers professionally. Previous locksmith experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We provide a company van, tools, and hands-on training. You bring reliability, mechanical ability, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. We pay very well and value people who care about their work and our customers. What You'll Do Travel to customers' locations in a company-provided service van. Diagnose problems and complete a variety of repairs, installations, and locksmith services as your training progresses. Work with locks, doors, hardware, hand tools, and power tools. Explain recommended work clearly, answer questions, and keep customers informed throughout the job. Protect customers' property and leave each work area clean. Keep your van, tools, and materials organized and communicate job progress with the team. What We're Looking For Hands-on ability and confidence using common tools. Experience dealing directly with customers and communicating professionally. Motivation to learn, follow instructions, and develop new technical skills. Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship. The ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently after training. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between service calls. Experience in maintenance, construction, automotive repair, carpentry, installation, or another practical trade can be a strong foundation for this role.
