This role is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across multiple service channels, including coffee/barista service and on-site catering, while delivering a polished and consistent guest experience. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the role plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. This is a hands-on position for a leader who thrives in both structured daily service and event-based execution. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Partner with the Area Manager to execute operational goals across café and catering services. Lead, train, and develop baristas and service staff, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork. Provide real-time coaching during service and events to ensure high performance and consistency. Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling to align staffing with both daily operations and catering needs. Café (Barista) Operations Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficient service, product quality, and adherence to brand standards. Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and speed of service. Monitor inventory levels for coffee, beverages, and café products while minimizing waste. Catering & Events Execution Coordinate and execute on-site catering services, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown. Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless and high-quality event experiences. Ensure proper staffing, equipment readiness, and service standards for all catering functions. Guest & Client Experience Deliver a warm, professional, and responsive hospitality experience across all service touchpoints. Address guest and client feedback promptly, ensuring effective service recovery when needed. Build strong relationships with hotel partners and clients to support repeat business and satisfaction. Financial & Operational Performance Support management of labor, cost of goods, and operational expenses across café and catering operations. Assist in tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Execute cost-control initiatives without compromising service quality. Compliance & Standards Ensure all operations meet health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment across café and event spaces. Conduct regular inspections and uphold Infuse Hospitality and hotel standards. Qualifications 2-5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, café, catering, or food & beverage operations. Experience with both high-volume service (e.g., café/barista) and catering or events strongly preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service streams simultaneously. Solid understanding of labor management, inventory control, and basic financial reporting. Excellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Flexible schedule, including early mornings (for café operations), evenings, and occasional weekends.
