Duties Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on operational excellence initiatives and process improvement. Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to facilitate smooth transitions during restructuring or process updates. Oversee business operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability. Drive strategic planning initiatives by analyzing data-driven insights to inform decision-making at the executive level. Lead and manage cross-functional teams at the executive level, fostering a high-performance culture through effective communication and leadership. Supervise project management activities ensuring timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Implement management best practices to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and support continuous process improvement across departments. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies that support organizational growth and operational scalability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business operations, financial health, and organizational efficiency to guide strategic adjustments. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management with a strong track record of leading large teams and managing complex projects. Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and large-scale organizational change management. Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in data-driven decision making and operational analysis tools to inform strategic actions. Experience in managing profit-and-loss statements and conducting operational analysis for sustained growth. Leadership experience in senior or executive-level roles with a focus on team supervision, program management, and change leadership. Skilled in managing budgets at an executive level while maintaining compliance with financial policies. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs through innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
