Job Description
ABOUT GLDN GLDN
is a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand that blends craft and technology to bring delight and connection through meaningful, personalized pieces. We design, manufacture, and ship from our headquarters in La Conner, Washington, with 500+ SKUs across our core and seasonal collections. We are growing — and the systems, processes, and standards that move materials through our business need to grow with us.THE ROLE
We're hiring a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the design and execution of the systems, processes, and standards that power our purchasing, inventory, and sourcing functions. This is the role that translates planning into reliable execution — owning ERP and system requirements, building the SOP library, overseeing end-to-end material flow, and managing vendor contracts. You'll lead a team of two managers (Sourcing & Cost, Inventory Control) plus a purchasing clerk and inventory specialists. This team is eager to achieve and grow, so strong coaching skills and high EQ are a must. The goal is to move our supply chain from reactive workflows to structured, system-driven operations — and to be the strategic bridge between Purchasing, Sourcing, and Inventory and Operations leadership. If you love taking a function from reactive to repeatable — and you also love working in a non-traditional, dog-friendly, eclectic, irreverent environment — keep reading.JOB SPECS
