Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator — Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (#e835) On behalf of Next Deavor Carson, CA Job Details Full-time $20.63 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Quality control corrective actions Cycle counting inventory management Lift truck Inventory management software Personal protective equipment (PPE) adherence Quality assurance audits Attention to detail Fall protection protocols Root cause analysis Food safety Order picking Order picker Full Job Description Become a Key Player as an Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator — Inventory Control & Quality Assurance You will support inventory accuracy and product quality by operating elevated order picking equipment and executing audits and investigations across the facility. You will collaborate with operations and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain safety and compliance in an onsite, Monday-Friday daytime shift (6:30 AM-3:00 PM, with overtime as needed); this is a temp-to-hire role. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Operate an order picker / cherry picker at heights up to 30 feet to pick and stage inventory Perform audits and cycle counts across facility locations to maintain inventory accuracy Investigate inventory discrepancies, document root cause, and support corrective actions Support customer quality concerns, holds, and inspections Maintain fall protection and harness compliance at all times Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects promptly Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Verifiable order picker / cherry picker experience Comfort and proven ability to work at heights up to 30 feet using fall protection Background in inventory control, audit, or quality assurance Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory/system workflows Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must pass a written equipment assessment prior to scheduling Must pass a hands-on order picker certification with the site trainer on your first onsite day Ability to comply with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, and GFSI food-safety standards Pay Range $20.63/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
