This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer support professional with strong ERP experience and a background in order processing, customer service, inside sales support, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing. The Order Entry Specialist will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are entered accurately, tracked properly, and fulfilled on time. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where communication, teamwork, and accuracy are essential to customer satisfaction and operational success. Key Responsibilities Enter, process, and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system. Review order details, pricing, quantities, shipping information, and customer requirements for accuracy. Coordinate with customers, sales, warehouse, shipping, and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment. Monitor order status and communicate updates, delays, shipment issues, or changes to internal teams and customers. Maintain accurate order records, documentation, and related customer account information. Assist with resolving order discrepancies, delivery issues, backorders, and other customer service concerns.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$45,000 to $50,000 per year.
