Job Description

GL Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Order Processing & Administrative Specialist to join our team in Miami Gardens. This position is ideal for someone with strong office experience who has also worked directly with customer orders, order entry, and high-volume transactions . The ideal candidate must be comfortable processing a large volume of orders and transactions while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely communication with customers and internal departments.

$20.00+/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday office hours Key Responsibilities Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle a high volume of daily orders and transactions while maintaining accuracy. Review orders and verify quantities, pricing, customer information, and other details. Monitor order status and follow up on pending or incomplete orders. Communicate with customers regarding orders, billing questions, and account information. Process customer billing, credits, and account adjustments. Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems and databases. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in English and Spanish. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order or customer issues. Maintain organized records and documentation. Perform additional administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience. Previous hands-on experience processing, entering, or managing customer orders is required. Experience working in a high-volume transaction environment is strongly preferred. Experience with order entry, order management, customer accounts, billing, or invoicing. Bilingual in English and Spanish , both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of information. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word . Comfortable learning and working with computer systems and databases. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
