Company Overview:
Artvidar Cabinetry, a leading wholesale and distributor of high-quality cabinets, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Office Associate. As a vital member of our operations, this role involves managing order processing, returns, and ensuring seamless communication with customers.Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize QuickBooks Desktop software to manage and track inventory. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.Returns and Replacements:
Handle return and replacement requests from customers. Verify returned products and process necessary paperwork. Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory adjustments.Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve issues. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and returns in QuickBooks Desktop. Generate tables/reports as needed to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement. Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy.Collaboration:
Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and efficiency. Communicate effectively with other departments to address cross-functional needs. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications:
1.Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse operations and order processing. Proficiency in using QuickBooks Desktop software for inventory management. 2.Technical Skills:
Experienced with Quickbooks (desktop version recommended) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with other relevant software and tools. 3.Customer Service:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. 4.Organizational Skills:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scannersNote:
