Monday-Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 7860 N 106th Ave, Suite 170, Glendale, AZ Radwell International LLC is hiring a High Lift Picker to support surplus inventory order fulfillment at our Willingboro facility. This role is responsible for safely operating high lift equipment to pick and move surplus inventory while meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Safely operate high lift and other warehouse equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures Pick surplus inventory at a rate necessary to meet or exceed daily order output goals Ensure high lift equipment is properly maintained and functional Verify all required safety equipment is in place and used correctly at all times Assist with high lift-related tasks when order volume is light Support warehouse operations and workflow as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one year of experience operating high lift or comparable equipment preferred Must be able to pass High Lift Picker certification/exams Detail oriented with strong safety awareness Basic computer literacy required Knowledge & Skills Computer proficiency Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace Strong attention to detail Problem-solving abilities Good verbal communication skills Physical Requirements Comfortable working at heights Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion Frequent walking, including on raised catwalks Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Repeated lifting up to 10 lbs, frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1 of employment 15 PTO days Paid company holidays Company-paid short-term and long-term disability Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company matching Radwell International LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
