Full-Time Lingo Staffing is currently seeking Picker/Packers for a full-time opportunity in East Windsor, CT. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities Pick products accurately based on customer orders Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment Label and organize packages Verify product quantities and order accuracy Use RF scanners or other warehouse technology as needed Move and stage products throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as required Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Start your day early and be done by noon!
