Job Summary We are currently hiring Warehouse Order Pickers for a busy warehouse operation in Mansfield, MA. This position involves order picking, operating warehouse equipment, moving materials, and performing general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be comfortable operating a reach truck and electric pallet jack . This is a hands-on position that requires both equipment operation and manual labor. Responsibilities Pick and prepare orders accurately according to warehouse requirements. Operate a reach truck to move and organize products and materials. Operate an electric pallet jack as needed. Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse. Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy. Put away inventory and maintain organized storage areas. Perform manual material handling and other general warehouse duties. Safely operate warehouse equipment around other employees and materials. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required or strongly preferred. Previous reach truck experience required. Electric pallet jack experience preferred. Previous order picking experience is a plus. Comfortable operating warehouse equipment safely. Ability to work both on and off equipment. Comfortable performing manual labor in addition to equipment operation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements. Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical Requirements This is a physically active warehouse position.

Candidates must be able to:

Lift up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Bend, reach, squat, twist, and lift as needed. Perform repetitive warehouse tasks. Work both on warehouse equipment and on foot. Perform manual labor throughout the shift. Schedule & Pay1st Shift Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM $19.00/hour 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM-12:30 AM $20.00/hour Employment Opportunity This is a temp-to-perm position . Employees may have the opportunity to transition to direct employment after approximately 90 days , based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
